This Chocolate Walnut Brownie Recipe makes incredibly moist, rich brownies that are well offset with the addition of walnuts.
Heat the 1 cup cream until almost boiling, add 11.5 ounces of baking milk chocolate chips, let sit for a couple of minutes, then stir until smooth.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1egg and stir again until well combined.
Now whisk in ⅓ cup all-purpose flour and ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
Add ⅓-½ cup chopped walnuts and gently stir. Spray a 9x9 baking pan or dish with nonstick spray, or line with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle the top with ¼ cup chopped chocolate.
